People realize meaningful added value when they move with others. When people take leadership over their own development and role in the organization. When they can connect their own deepest drives, those of the other and the organization. Then strong, ongoing move towards result-oriented shared leadership develops. I find my inspiration in connecting and organising this synergistic power; a moving encounter.
